Eaton is seeking a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to govern pricing processes and systems across the sales organization. You will translate pricing policy into CPQ logic, own the pricing approvals, and drive standardization.

Collaborating with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales and IT, you will enable end-to-end workflows, unleash analytics and AI use cases, and push continuous improvements across our pricing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT.

We are looking for a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to play a critical role in shaping and governing our pricing processes and systems across the organization for our sales organisation

In this role, you will act as the voice of Pricing for core commercial platforms, including CPQ and SAP, ensuring pricing policies are effectively translated into system logic, governance frameworks, and approval workflows. You will collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and IT teams to drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our pricing ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

• Translate commercial pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules

• Own pricing‑related approval matrix and governance

• Proactively drive pricing tool enhancements and innovation, including advanced analytics and AI use cases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT

Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in SAP and CPQ

• Solid analysis skillset

• Experience in working with agile IT teams (SCRUM)

• Leadership skills: Proven management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others

• Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct reporting authority and to drive change effectively across diverse cultural and organizational environments.

• Strong collaboration skills across a matrix organization
