Qualifications

• Compétences en anglais (niveau Bulats B2 ou équivalent) requises.

Responsabilités

• Gérer la capacité de vol, définir les politiques de prix et optimiser les revenus.
• Participer à la gestion des spécifications commerciales et des rapports.
• Soutenir l'équipe PRM dans les activités quotidiennes comme la définition des prix.

Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering.

Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs, which we own.

Responsibilities

Working within the Network & Revenue Management department based in Marseille (France), you will be part of the Pricing & Revenue Management (PRM) team responsible for managing flight capacity, defining pricing policies, and optimizing revenues. You will specifically oversee the business system aspects supporting PRM activities and processes.

Business Systems and Tooling

• Be a key business user of PRM systems
• Review and propose improvements or new requirements to enhance PRM process efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers or our Business IT department about bug fixes or new feature testing
• Produce support for internal business communication regarding PRM features
• Write PRM processes and coordinate with all internal stakeholders
• Participate in business specifications and third-party system benchmarking
• Engage in co-building activities with internal teams and/or external providers

Performance & Reporting

• Liaise with the BI Team for Datawarehouse structural improvements related to business
• Build and maintain some PRM reports independently in our Group reporting platform
• Coordinate business specifications for new reports and enhancements of existing reports
• Develop and maintain other offline reports

Projects

Initiate and lead transversal projects related to reporting and process/tool improvements, collaborating closely with IT, Network, and Commercial departments.

PRM Day-to-Day Activities

Provide support to the PRM team for daily activities such as price definition, CMS setup, capacity management, and market analysis.

Skills & Competencies

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Awareness of air cargo or pricing domain is a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with systems development and/or data-driven reporting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proactivity and attention to detail are essential
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Bulats B2 level or equivalent
