Position: Pricing Expert Health

This role is based in Madrid within the Group Chief Underwriting Office, focusing on establishing profitable and innovative health insurance products through strategic underwriting and pricing excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure market-leading technical pricing in health products.
2. Support pricing strategy reviews, governance, and regulatory compliance.
3. Stay informed on industry changes affecting pricing.
4. Share expertise on pricing methodologies and support central pricing systems.
5. Design reinsurance strategies and support global underwriting initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Fully Certified Actuary, Data Scientist, or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience in health and/or retail P&C pricing.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish and French are advantages.
• Expertise in pricing methodologies, models, and advanced techniques.
• Experience with Python, WTW Radar, Emblem, Akur8.
• Strong communication skills and multicultural experience preferred.
