Job Description:

We are seeking a Pricing Actuary / Data Scientist for P&C Commercial Lines to join AXA Group. The role involves contributing to technical pricing, portfolio management, and strategic development within the Group Chief Underwriting Office. The candidate will work closely with various teams to develop pricing models, support profitability analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine pricing models and analytics for P&C Commercial Lines.
• Participate in pricing strategy reviews and governance processes.
• Support portfolio management and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and other stakeholders to improve pricing accuracy.

Candidate Profile:

• Data Scientist, Associate Actuary, or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in Commercial Lines P&C pricing is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Akur8, Earnix, Dataiku is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, PowerBI.
• Fluent in English; cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse teams.
