The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Presales SAP S/4HANA Project Director plays a key role in presales engagement, planning, and implementing SAP RISE transformation projects related to S/4HANA (PCE) & SAP BTP.

- Lead SAP transformation presales efforts within the country, across accounts and sales teams, to initiate SAP RISE & S/4 + BTP transformations. Contribute to the development of SAP Practice offerings.

- Coordinate functional project activities with technical landscape deployment.

- Manage the scope, planning, staffing, and execution of SAP S/4HANA & BTP programs, including change requests.

- Develop proposals for SAP Consulting Services and organize WBS to support SAP transformations.

- Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with SAP licenses/subscriptions.

- Maintain relationships with business application owners within client organizations.

- Provide end-to-end project plans using proven methodologies (e.g., Activate).

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Skills

• Minimum 9 years in consulting project and contract management, focusing on SAP S/4HANA functional programs.
• Proven track record in managing application integration scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience in functional design for specific domains.
• Project management experience with ABAP teams.
• Ability to monitor project implementation and financials, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and tools; certification is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French.
• Experience working with virtual/global teams, including nearshore/offshore.
• Willingness to travel.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in SAP business process transformation analysis with SAP Signavio, Celonis, etc.
• Knowledge of SAP infrastructure dependencies.
• Experience with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with SAP RISE – S/4HANA PCE onboarding projects.
• Familiarity with “clean core” S/4HANA projects and Agile/DevOps.
• Experience with data migrations and SAP BTP components.
• Network within the French SAP ecosystem.
