The role :
You will be a part of the pre-sales team within Europe. You will be working with Group-IB clients to deliver deployment and customization of solutions at the Customer’s site. As a technical advisor to the client, you will ensure successful solutions’ functioning and sales support to the team.
Tasks to solve :
- Lead the pre-sales processes for cybersecurity solutions, including working with the sales team to identify opportunities, understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and presenting proposals related to Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, Attack Surface Management, MXDR, Digital Forensics and other solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, along with the solution architects and other stakeholders, to develop technical solutions and ensure they align with customer needs and requirements.
- Develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
- Work with project plans and timelines, and manage project execution to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales and delivery teams throughout the sales and delivery process, RFPs, RFQs, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure clients' satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to build relationships, promote the company’s solutions, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Responsible for regular reports on project status, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Strong practical knowledge of networking technologies and basic concepts (routing & switching, communication protocols, DNS, DHCP, IP, OSI / ISO, email systems, SSL, VPN, SPAN, GRE, VLAN, etc.).
- Technical skills in a wide range of cybersecurity products (NTA / IPS / IDS, Firewall, Email Protection, Sandbox, AV / EDR, XDR, Threat Intelligence).
- High level of market awareness of Information & Cyber Security vendors and technologies.
- Understand the principles of cybersecurity and the technologies used to ensure it at the enterprise level.
- Hands-on knowledge of information security threats, vulnerabilities, protection technologies, general understanding of how a botnet works, what types of malware exist, etc.
- Customer-focused mindset and approach with the ability to be an opportunity owner, take the lead, and work with cross-functional teams, including customer success, professional services, product management, sales, engineers, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in French and English - Dutch is a plus.
