The role :

You will be part of the pre-sales team within Europe. Your responsibilities include working with Group-IB clients to deploy and customize solutions at the customer’s site. As a technical advisor, you will ensure the successful operation of solutions and support the sales team.

Tasks to solve :

  1. Lead pre-sales processes for cybersecurity solutions, collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, develop solutions, and present proposals related to Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, Attack Surface Management, MXDR, Digital Forensics, and other services.
  2. Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue, and collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to develop and align technical solutions with customer needs.
  3. Develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
  4. Manage project plans and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales and delivery process, including RFPs and RFQs.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to keep solutions innovative and competitive.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  8. Participate in industry events to promote solutions and stay updated on best practices.
  9. Report regularly on project status, customer feedback, and relevant metrics to management and stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, protocols, DNS, DHCP, IP, OSI/ISO, email systems, SSL, VPN, VLAN, etc.).
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity products (NTA/IPS/IDS, Firewall, Email Protection, Sandbox, AV/EDR, XDR, Threat Intelligence).
  • Market awareness of cybersecurity vendors and technologies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise-level technologies.
  • Practical knowledge of security threats, vulnerabilities, and protection technologies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with leadership qualities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
