Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en SaaS dans des rôles clients ou techniques.
• Bilingue anglais et français, niveau C1 minimum.
• Capacité à traiter des informations complexes sous des délais serrés.

Responsabilités

• Personnaliser les plateformes pendant les phases RFP selon les besoins des prospects.
• Préparer et livrer des démos basées sur des cas d'utilisation réels.
• Assister à la formation des clients pendant les POCs pour maximiser l'adoption.

Job Description

The mission

As a member of the Presales/Solutions Consulting team (3 members), you contribute tolarge-scale EMEA projectsforwell-known brands.

Working closely with a senior team member, you navigate complex sales cycles and play a key role in thesuccess of strategic deals and RFPs.

As atrusted partnerto ourSales team,you combinetechnical expertiseandbusiness senseto tailor compelling demos, address complex questions, and showcase Sociabble’s full value.

Your responsibilities include:

• Keep up to date with our platform features, roadmap, and key use cases
• Personalize platformsduring RFP phases to reflect prospects’ needs and branding
• Prepare and deliverdemos and POCsbased onreal use cases
• Assist in client trainingduring POCs to maximize adoption and engagement
• Support RFP responsesby contributing to bothtechnical(architecture, integrations, APIs, data, security, etc.) andfunctional sections
• Help maintaininternal documentationand carry outmarket research

Qualifications

The ideal candidate

• You have experience working in theSaaS industry(~2 years) inclient-facingandtechnicalroles such as Sales, Pre-sales engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solution Architect
• You have astrong technical foundationand feel comfortablediscussing architecture, APIs, integrations, or data flowswith bothtechnicalandnon-technical stakeholders
• You arebilingualinEnglishandFrench(C1minimum for both languages)
• You take pride in helping others, making you aresourceful team player
• You’reorganized, detail-oriented, and capable of processing large amounts of information undertight deadlines
• You canread, analyze, andsynthesizecomplexdocumentationefficiently
• You areanalyticalanddata-driven,and know how to work efficiently acrossmultiple tools and platforms
• You have goodcommunication skills, includingstorytelling
