Role Overview:

As a Presales Consultant, you'll design complex solutions during sales processes, collaborating with sales, solution architects, and product teams to demonstrate solutions that meet customer needs and inspire adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer benefits based on their operations and scope technical solutions accordingly
• Configure demo platforms to impress clients
• Support sales strategies and assist in closing deals
• Create detailed technical documentation
• Represent Dalet at trade shows and conferences
• Document market trends and customer requests for product management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in building complex software solutions in the M&E industry
• Strong understanding of workflows in news production, media asset management, OTT distribution, sports production, etc.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail, and project-driving ability
• Fluent in French and English
