Job Opportunity: Presales Specialist at Centric Software (France)

Centric Software is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Presales team in France. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage Manufacturing and/or Food Private Label retail or Cosmetics business processes.

About the Team

The Presales Team in France is responsible for engaging with potential customers. The team operates remotely and reports to the Head of Presales for the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Work directly with prospective customers to identify their business challenges and needs.
  2. Configure software solutions and create data models that reflect customer requirements.
  3. Assist in preparing RFPs and SOWs.
  4. Demonstrate the software's business benefits with enthusiasm.
  5. Build relationships to foster trust with prospects and customers.
  6. Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers regarding new features and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Highly self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
  • Deep understanding of Food and Beverage, Private Label retail, or Cosmetics industries.
  • Comfortable presenting to all customer roles, from administrative staff to C-suite executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and creative thinker.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CAD tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in writing expressions or working with site.xml.
