Une entreprise leader dans la distribution recherche un agent pour gérer les commandesClients, de la préparation à la facturation. Vous serez responsable d'assurer la satisfaction client en travaillant de 19h à 3h, dans une ambiance dynamique, et aurez des opportunités d’évolution professionnelle.

Job Description:

Under the responsibility of your Manager, you contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of the economic results of the service.

Your missions will include:

• Receiving or taking customer orders (email, fax, phone, Internet);
• Preparing customer orders (picking products from shelves, packaging, and labeling for delivery);
• Managing customer relations: informing and advising clients, calling in case of missing products;
• Entering products and quantities into the software for invoicing;
• Checking the necessary documents/elements for invoicing.

Qualifications:

Organized and responsive, with a sense of customer service. Dynamic and motivated. Enjoys customer relations and is eager to meet customer needs.

Additional information:

• Fixed-term contract (CDD);
• Working hours: 7 PM - 3 AM;
• Salary (minimum wage) over 13 months + incentive + profit-sharing;
