Fred Perry is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team in Île-de-France. You will drive premium customer service, monitor KPIs, and plan staffing and expenses to meet sales targets.

You will ensure staff follow policies, investigate stock loss, and protect assets while maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business

Responsabilités

• Ensure our store team delivers a premium level of customer service.
• Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Ensure targets are met through planning and staffing.
• Communicate sales targets and KPIs to staff and drive store goals.
• Plan expenses for short and long term success.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Investigate stock loss and report to Retail team.
• Monitor loss prevention to protect inventory and assets.
• Take action to lower expenses if sales goals are not met.
