On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive operational excellence and premium customer experiences in our retail environment. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will optimize workflows, coach your team, and uphold On’s brand standards with autonomy.

You bring 5+ years in premium retail leadership, strong problem-solving, and certified training capabilities. Fluent in French and English, you will mentor staff and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver WOW moments for fans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium brands.
• Strong problem-solving and systemic thinking skills.
• Experience delivering training and coaching to diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance to reflect premium standards.
• Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy to ensure service excellence.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics cross-functionally.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive change in store performance.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training sessions for professional development.
• Drive the store vision and foster a culture of trust and accountability.
