Job summary

Bang & Olufsen Opéra in Paris is seeking multiple Sales Associates to join a premium luxury team. You will welcome customers in-store, present and sell the full Bang & Olufsen range and build lasting customer relationships, leveraging CRM for campaigns and events.

The role requires at least two years in luxury or premium retail, strong presentation and service skills, and comfort with a high-end brand environment. French and English fluency are essential, with some flexibility for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience within a luxury or premium brand in a store environment.
• Fluency in the local language and English is mandatory.
• Experience in generating sales leads and growing a pipeline of business.
• Interest in sound, aesthetics and high-end designer products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers daily in-store.
• Sell Bang & Olufsen products and services; follow up with customers.
• Attend events in-store and with local partners; participate in CRM activities.
• Deliver impeccable luxury service and maintain professional presentation.
• Maintain store standards and participate in training and team meetings.
