Job summary

Flowserve in France seeks a Regulation and Control Valves Technician/Precision Assembler to prepare assembly work, document procedures, and assemble equipment using OEM parts. You will disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble control, butterfly, ball, and plug valves and pneumatic actuators; test with various equipment; and support Field Service on site when required.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Strong documentation skills for reports and records.
• Team player but capable of working independently.
• Customer-oriented and solution-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in French; technical English is required.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% and follow training abroad.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect and repair/rebuild control, butterfly, ball, and plug valves and pneumatic actuators using OEM parts.
• Test valves and appendages with various testing equipment.
• Draft clear inspection/repair reports detailing scope of work.
• Support Field Service Technician on location when required.
• Travel 5-10% of time and work overtime on short notice.
