Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare and assemble a variety of equipment, perform tests, and participate in disassembly and reassembly during repairs. You will work with modern materials and tools to ensure high-quality products reach customers and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role requires reading blueprints, using micrometers and CMMs, following safety procedures, and providing clear communication with peers and customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate precision measuring tools and maintain parts within specs.
• Capable of assembling per drawings/work orders and testing when required.
• Adheres to safety procedures and uses PPE appropriately.
• Willingness to write routine reports and communicate clearly.
• Participates in CIP and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Complete assemblies per drawings and work orders; perform testing as needed.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part specifications.
• Clean, inspect, and reassemble components following procedures.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals; write routine reports as required.
• Contribute to CIP activities and continuous improvement.
