Dextra Group recherche un professionnel dynamique pour promouvoir et soutenir techniquement ses solutions éoliennes offshore sur le marché européen. Le candidat idéal jouera un rôle clé en engageant les acteurs principaux de l'industrie, tout en développant des solutions techniques sur mesure pour les clients. Une solide expérience dans l'ingénierie civile et une passion pour l'énergie renouvelable sont essentielles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum cinq ans d'expérience dans des projets éoliens offshore.
  • Connaissances approfondies de la technologie éolienne offshore et des tendances du marché.
  • Fluent en anglais, des compétences dans une troisième langue européenne sont un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Organiser et diriger des présentations techniques pour des acteurs clés.
  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans des projets éoliens.
  • Maintenir la communication avec les comptes clés et mettre à jour le système CRM.

Description du poste

Mission:
In direct relation with the General Sales Manager of Dextra Europe, you will drive the promotion and technical support of our Offshore (& Onshore) Windfarm solutions across the European market. This includes understanding the Client needs, providing innovative solutions, and ensuring the feasibility and competitiveness of our offering.
You will play a critical role in engaging with key players in the windfarm industry, such as engineering firms, contractors, and consultants, building strong relationships, and acting as a technical expert.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead technical presentations for key personnel at engineering firms, contractors, and project developers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Offshore Wind projects in Europe. Maintain an up-to-date list of current and upcoming projects on which the team's commercial action will be based. Support the qualification process for new projects.
  • Mapping and engaging with managers and decision-makers within our Key Accounts (Methods / Design Office / Head of Departments / Operational Managers / Purchasing Department), providing technical support.
  • Explore different layers of corporate organization charts and develop strong relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with key accounts and update the CRM system with ongoing project details.
  • Organize follow-up visits and report monthly on your technical activities and the progress of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to collect technical requirements/pain points to propose tailored solutions or recommendations allowing our solutions to be specified.
  • Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and industry bodies to promote Dextra's products and gather market insights.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and provide feedback to the team.
  • Suggest the improvement / development /certifications of new/existing products to address market needs/requirements.
  • Gather and coordinate feedback (Return of Experience) from clients and communicate it to our production teams for product improvement.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field (dual training in business is a plus).
  • Minimum five years of experience in Offshore Wind projects, preferably in a technical sales/(Civil) Engineering/Methods or Project Management role.
  • Strong experience in Civil Engineering /Infrastructure could also be considered.
  • Enthusiast and passionate.
  • Fluent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and Offshore wind industry connections.
  • In-depth knowledge of offshore wind technology / market trends.
  • Thorough contact book in the Offshore Wind industry
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a third European language (Spanish, Italian, etc.) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
