With 3–5+ years in technical pre‑sales or related roles, you will lead product demonstrations, support costing, and ensure alignment with the Smart ID portfolio while engaging stakeholders across R&D, Digital Factory, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, systems engineering, or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of pre‑sales processes and solution definition.
• Experience in solution architecture and systems engineering.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and coordinate activities across teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main technical contact for Regions requiring Smart ID expertise during the pre‑sales process.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate technical solution.
• Support the definition of solution architecture and ensure alignment with the Smart ID portfolio.
• Coordinate technical contributions across Regions, R&D, Digital Factory, and other functions.
• Define and coordinate customer demonstrations and support bid presentations.
