Job Description

At Qevlar, we believe AI will revolutionize cybersecurity, but only if security teams can adopt and trust these tools. That’s where YOU come in.

As a Sales Engineer, your role is to be the technical backbone of our sales efforts. You’ll help prospects understand Qevlar, why it matters, and how it fits into their SOC. From qualification to demos and POCs, you’ll convert interest into trust and trust into deals.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Drive the technical sales cycle: discovery, demos, workshops, POCs/POVs.
  2. Deliver tailored, value-based demos to technical and business stakeholders.
  3. Build trust with CISOs, SOC teams, and decision-makers.
  4. Lead technical workshops, pilots, and manage success criteria.
  5. Gather feedback and share insights with Product team.
  6. Create and scale pre-sales assets and demo playbooks.
  7. Leverage knowledge of cybersecurity tools (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, CTI, APIs).
Preferred Experience

You’re technical, customer-facing, and problem-solving oriented. You might be a good fit if you:

  1. Have 4+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  2. Know the SOC environment: experience with or selling to security teams.
  3. Can explain technical products simply and convincingly.
  4. Are proactive, structured, and goal-driven.
  5. Are curious, quick learner, and thrive in startups.
  6. Are fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
