Zusammenfassung

CybelAngel is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Engineer to drive demonstrations and POCs, presenting our cybersecurity solutions to prospects and aligning them with sales goals. You will manage POC activities, collaborate with the sales team, and provide technical input during responses and demos.

Fluency in French and English, plus a Master degree, are required. The role offers a hybrid remote work environment across Europe and the US, with opportunities to grow in a fast-moving cyber security

Qualifikationen

• Prior client-facing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity areas including Digital Risk Protection and External Attack Surface Management.

Missions

Within the Presales department, your responsibility will be to help and develop the CybelAngel business, working with the Sales Team.

You present our portfolio of solutions to prospects interested in the CybelAngel solutions and our POC/Demo results. You show our added values to customers and find the triggers to convince them.

As part of his or her duties, the Pre-sales Engineer will manage :

Driving the prospects during the demonstration period:

• Ensure end-to-end management of the proofs of concept (POC), including analysing cyber threats detected by CybelAngel.
• Manage the organization of POCs, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Deliver the right message to prospects, in a clear, professional and synthetic way
• Measure and anticipate the satisfaction of prospects and collect their impressions and needs in a structured way

Participating in CybelAngel business development:

• Take an active part in the execution of the sales cycle (RFPs, POCs...)
• Provide technical support to the sales team at each phase of the sales cycle (discovery meetings, initiating demonstrations, writing a technical response or a call for tenders, etc.)
• Proactively suggest improvements to increase the quality of the prospect's experience

Your preferred experience

• Fluent in both French and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
• Self-sufficient, adaptable, and eager to explore emerging threats.
• Investigation and analysis capabilities, including on OSINT sources
• Your communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to distill and emphasize critical information effectively.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and can handle occasional high-pressure situations with ease.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity areas including Digital Risk Protection, External Attack Surface Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence
• You're motivated to deepen your understanding of technical topics-prior technical expertise isn't required, but a genuine interest is key.
• You hold a Master degree from Business School, University, or Engineering school.
• Ideally, you possess prior experience in client-facing roles.
