Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience dans les rôles de pré-commissioning et commissioning dans le secteur de l'énergie.
• Connaissance approfondie des processus de pré-commissioning.
• Diplôme en ingénierie requis.

Responsabilités

• Superviser les activités de pré-commissioning et assurer la gestion des tenders.
• Maintenir la documentation et collaborer avec les équipes de projet.
• Effectuer des évaluations et inspections sur site pour respecter les jalons du projet.

Role Overview

• Pre-Commissioning Activities: Oversee and execute pre-commissioning tasks to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.
  
• Commissioning Management: Lead commissioning processes to verify that systems meet operational requirements.
  
• Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals for upcoming projects.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
  
• Onsite Work: Conduct onsite assessments and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
  
• Drafting of PTI and review of SOW
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
  
• Pre-Commissioning Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pre-commissioning processes and methodologies.
  
• Tender Management: Experience in preparing and managing tender documents.
  
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all engineering tasks.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration.
  
• Mandatory MASE (Manuel d'Amélioration Sécurité des Entreprises) certification or equivalent.
  
• Documentary database (GAIA) and site monitoring (EASYPLANT, ICAPS, KAIRNIAL).
  

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field .
  
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning (start-up) roles within the energy sector.
  
• Experience from tender phases to execution.
