Carter Machinery is seeking an EPG Training Instructor to organize and deliver technical training focused on power systems and generators. You will implement courses, evaluate outcomes, and support employees in a growth-oriented environment.

The role requires traveling to training sites, delivering engaging instruction, and collaborating with teams to enhance learning experiences. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of power principles, load calculations and system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in electrical system design software and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Must have an excellent driving record; travel required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
• Familiar with IEEE, NFPA, NEC codes.
