Job summary

AXA Group Headquarters in Paris is seeking a motivated student to join the Information Systems Department. You will work with the Workplace team to transform business needs into AI-enabled Microsoft 365 solutions using Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, learn about cybersecurity and data privacy, and help drive AI adoption while supporting user adoption and training.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Interest in low-code/no-code and AI applications.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Fast learner with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and automate processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions with Product Owner.
• Design and test AI use cases and AI assistants.
• Build dashboards with Power BI for decision-making.
• Support end users with demonstrations and guides, gather feedback.
