Job summary

L‑Acoustics is seeking a Power Platform & Digital Transformation specialist to drive adoption of Power Platform and AI-powered tools across the organization. You will partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and promote citizen development, delivering canvas/model-driven apps and integrations with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.

Ideal candidates have a master's degree and hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse;

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field with hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.
Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and APIs integration.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive Power Platform adoption and innovation across the organization.
Act as internal ambassador for Power Platform, Copilot and AI solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
Promote citizen development and business ownership of digital tools.
Organize workshops, sessions, and hackathons to boost adoption.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Canvas/Model-Driven Apps and Cloud Flows.
Integrate solutions with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services.
Translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Ensure reliability, performance, security and IT compliance.
Coach users and share best practices; establish governance for low-code.
