Une position de postdoctorat est offerte dans un projet de recherche novateur axé sur la détection précoce des maladies neurodégénératives. Le candidat retenu participera au développement de techniques de détection biologique de pointe, au sein d'une équipe dynamique, visant à caractériser les biomarqueurs liés à ces maladies. Un solide arrière-plan en techniques expérimentales et en analyse des amyloïdes est essentiel pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Work environment :This position is part of a nationally funded research project focused on the early detection of neurodegenerative diseases through the analysis of protein aggregates in biological fluids. The project aims to develop and refine a cutting-edge single-molecule detection platform that leverages molecular amplification and nanoscale sensing to identify and characterize disease-related biomarkers at ultra-low concentrations. The ultimate goal is to establish new diagnostic strategies based on the structural profiling of protein aggregates, with potential applications in personalized medicine.
Main mission : The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team to explore the biophysical mechanisms of protein aggregation and contribute to the development of a novel detection technique.
Activities : The work will involve experimental investigations using advanced single molecule detection tools.
The net monthly salary is between €2,200 and €2,380
The contract duration is 18 months
