Work environment :This position is part of a nationally funded research project focused on the early detection of neurodegenerative diseases through the analysis of protein aggregates in biological fluids. The project aims to develop and refine a cutting-edge single-molecule detection platform that leverages molecular amplification and nanoscale sensing to identify and characterize disease-related biomarkers at ultra-low concentrations. The ultimate goal is to establish new diagnostic strategies based on the structural profiling of protein aggregates, with potential applications in personalized medicine.
Main mission : The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team to explore the biophysical mechanisms of protein aggregation and contribute to the development of a novel detection technique.
Activities : The work will involve experimental investigations using advanced single molecule detection tools.
The net monthly salary is between €2,200 and €2,380
The contract duration is 18 months
