Qualifications

Offer Description

MULTIPLEXED SUPER-RESOLVED FLUORESCENCE IMAGING OF NON-COVALENT REVERSIBLY PHOTOCONVERTIBLE FLUORESCENT PROTEINS

The candidate will produce biological samples (bacteria, cultured cells) labeled with fluorescent proteins from the FAST series,[8-9] and implement innovative analytical approaches and protocols of fluorescence imaging in optical microscopy, which exploit the dynamics of the photoreactions of the fluorescent proteins.

The work will be done in the laboratoire Chimie Physique et Chimie du Vivant

Candidates should hold a PhD in physical chemistry or biophysics and have a solid background in photophysics and photochemistry and a taste for fluorescence imaging and instrumentation. A former experience in fluorescence microscopy (especially confocal microscopy) will be appreciated.
