Aix-Marseille University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Institute of Systems Neuroscience (OptiScales project). The researcher will build computational models to explain MEG signals, beginning with existing SQUID MEG data, and will contribute to scientific dissemination and collaboration within the PEPR France 2030 initiatives.

The appointment is temporary, full-time (37.5 hours/week), with a starting date of 1 July 2026 and an application deadline of 20 November 2026.

The PEPR project OptiScales (France 2030 and Agence Nationale de la Recherche) aims at acquiring and modelling magnetoencephalographic (MEG) data obtained with optically pumped magnetometers. The goal of this postdoctoral fellow is to develop computational models in roder to explain the OPM signals, starting with an existing database of classical (SQUID) MEG.
