Job summary

CNRS, located at the Institut de Chimie Moléculaire de l'Université de Bourgogne, seeks a postdoctoral intern to synthesize bimodal aza-BODIPY-macrocycle probes and characterize them in solution, with a focus on photophysics and bioconjugation to antibodies targeting lymphomas and certain solid tumors. Collaboration with multiple teams and active dissemination of findings are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in organic synthesis with fluorophores and coordination chemistry.
• Experience in photophysical measurements and data interpretation using spectrofluorimeters.
• Knowledge of bioconjugation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize bimodal aza-BODIPY-macrocycle probes and characterize them in solution.
• Bioconjugate probes to target antibody and study resulting bioconjugates (DOL, stability, affinity).
• Literature review to identify relevant targets in the field; collaborate with project teams; present results at meetings and conferences.
