The post-doctoral fellow will be recruited within the framework of the national collaborative project PACTE (PEPR LUMA) at Le Mans Université. The project aims to develop a new orthogonal catalysis strategy using plasmonics to enhance catalysis performance and control reactions via light polarization.

The position involves developing a solution and time-dependent Raman monitoring method for in situ observations of catalysis and products, with supervision of master students and regular consortium

Qualifications

  • PhD or equivalent.
  • Expertise in plasmonics, Raman spectroscopy and SERS.

Responsabilités

  • Optical characterisation of plasmonics structures
  • Characterisation of molecules by Raman spectroscopy and SERS
  • In-situ monitoring of the catalysis reactions by SERS
  • Data analysis
  • Dissemination of the research results (publications, participation to international congresses…)
  • Participation to the consortium meetings
  • Visits and exchanges with the other project partners
  • Supervision of master students
