CNRS IPCMS Strasbourg seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to investigate photophysical and theoretical aspects of phosphorescent transition metal complexes as part of the ANR QUINOC project. You will work under the supervision of Prof. Matteo Mauro and Dr.

Stéphane Bellemin-Laponnaz, applying UV-Vis spectroscopy and TD-DFT/DFT to quantify metal-ligand energetics and supramolecular assemblies. The role requires a PhD in Chemical Sciences or Molecular Chemistry, strong communication

Qualificações

• PhD in Chemical Sciences/Molecular Chemistry (or equivalent).
• Strong experience in photoactive compounds.
• Experience with steady-state and time-resolved optical spectroscopy (UV-Vis, emission, lifetimes).
• Proficient English (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Characterize photoactive complexes using UV-Vis, fluorescence, and time-resolved fluorescence.
• Conduct computational studies using DFT and TD-DFT.
• Collaborate within IPCMS and with international partners on the QUINOC project.
