Job summary

CNRS – Centre de Recherche en Psychologie et Neurosciences in Marseille is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher to join a project on control of impulsivity in patients with schizophrenia. You will develop computer-based tools in Python, handle data processing and analysis, and liaise with hospital departments.

Responsibilities include experimental sessions with participants, literature reviews, and preparing scientific articles.

Qualifications

• Two first-author publications on topics related to neurological, psychiatric, or neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong experimental skills, particularly in working with patients and in electrophysiology.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong scientific writing skills, including preparation of research articles and proposals.
• Good oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data acquisition programs.
• Process and analyze EMG/EEG data.
• Liaise with hospital departments and clinical teams.
• Conduct experimental sessions with participants/patients.
• Write experimental and review articles.
