CNRS in France is seeking a postdoctoral researcher for a project at the Department of Molecular Chemistry (DCM) in Grenoble Alpes. The project combines chemobiology and supramolecular chemistry to create sequence-controlled DNA amphiphiles and study their self-assembly.

The successful candidate will perform automated DNA synthesis, organic phosphoramidite chemistry, and extensive physicochemical and biological characterizations, contributing to publications and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in oligonucleotide chemistry or in supramolecular and organic chemistry.
• Experience in cell culture is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong scientific rigor and organizational skills.
• Minimum B2 level of English.

Responsabilités

• Automated solid-phase synthesis of DNA, purification (HPLC, SPE), and characterization (HPLC, electrophoresis, MS).
• Organic synthesis of phosphoramidites (reactions under inert atmosphere, purification by chromatography).
• Physicochemical characterizations (NMR, DLS, MS, etc.).
• Biological assays (flow cytometry, qPCR, Western blot, etc.).
• Presenting results at meetings, writing publications.
