Natixis NY Branch is seeking a professional to join their ETF management team in Paris. You will collaborate with senior quantitative managers to support the growth of Mirova’s ETF platform, focusing on active equity and bond management.

Your daily tasks involve managing portfolios, explaining performance to active managers, and contributing to various improvements in ETF management. Candidates should have at least five years of experience and a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Job Description

You will collaborate with two senior quantitative managers to support the growth of Mirova’s ETF platform focused on active equity and bond management. Your daily tasks include:

• ETF Management (Equities & Bonds): Manage portfolios as holder or back‑up, participate in investment committees, write minutes, and carry out rebalancing according to strategies defined with the active managers.
• Relations and Support: Explain performance to active managers (particularly on subscriptions/redemptions in kind) and represent management in ETF working groups.
• Market Operations: Negotiate baskets with APs, approve creation/redemption orders, and negotiate in‑kind for bond ETFs.
• Control and Supervision: Supervise daily checks of the PCF and the VNI, calculate spreads for orders in VNI+, and collaborate with Natixis Operations / Capital Markets to validate the accuracy of portfolios.
• Transversal Projects: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ETF management platform.

This position is based in Paris with the possibility to work from home.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering or Business School.
• At least five years of experience in portfolio management, including ETF and index management from an operational excellence perspective.
• Deep knowledge of global markets and the ETF universe.
• Expertise in multi‑asset management (Equities and Fixed Income/Bonds).
• Strong financial analysis, complex problem solving, and data processing skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a demanding environment.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
