Qualifications

THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will interact with software such as Workday, Ivalua, Kyriba, Concur, and other SAP-based applications. You will collaborate closely with Domain Portfolio Officers, Tech Corporate Teams, and Corporate Functions Teams.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The Corporate Portfolio Officer supports strategic planning and portfolio management decision-making within their scope. They act as a facilitator and primary contact for Capability, Tech, & Data Product Owners when building domain roadmaps, investment plans, and value targets, as well as monitoring and reporting on goal achievement.

  • Understand key frameworks and processes defined by the Tech Performance team.
  • Support product roadmap definition, share insights, and consolidate overall roadmaps.
  • Support investment planning, share insights, and consolidate investment plans.
  • Consolidate domain demand Backlogs and identify synergies.
  • Coordinate within the domain and with other domains, including during key meetings like Portfolio Synchronization.
  • Support value metrics and targets definition, share insights, and consolidate reports.
  • Collect and consolidate Domain Product Value Reports.
  • Follow up on plans and targets, sharing insights and leveraging inputs from Tech Performance Officers.
  • Ensure consistency of practices and decisions within the Strategy & Product Portfolio team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and interdependencies, coordinating with other departments.
  • Align continuously with Tech Performance Officers to improve strategies and frameworks.
  • Engage in team initiatives and collaborations within the tech ecosystem.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

You can translate strategic objectives into successful execution through prioritization. A good understanding of operations such as planning, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement is essential.

  • At least 5 years of professional IT experience with a proven portfolio management track record; experience in HR, finance, and procurement solutions is a plus.
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Coaching and advisory experience.
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in investment/budget planning and value realization.
  • Financial and analytics skills, including finance planning and modeling.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and frameworks.
