YOUR ROLE:

You will be part of the Technical Department, with specific focus on assisting CMA Terminals Holding in the implementation of Group Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maintenance data analysis and maintenance optimization tools.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  • Assisting terminals in the implementation of Group Computerised Maintenance Management System
  • Management and optimisation of CMMS standard business processes and functionalities
  • Implementation of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ensuring accurate reporting from terminals for maintenance & equipment performances
  • Ensuring that terminals are preserving consistent levels of maintenance of their handling equipment and keep focused on constant improvements
  • Standardisation and optimisation of equipment maintenance plans
  • Conducting technical audits
  • Promoting and implementing best working practices
  • Assisting Terminals in meeting targets towards performances enhancement and control of OPEX
  • Benchmark and qualification of new technologies to optimize terminal equipment efficiency and performances
  • Coordination with IT Dpt and Terminals to ensure CMMS and tools are implemented correctly within schedule and budget
  • Coordinating with R&D and IT teams.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in container terminal technical departments
  • Technical and industrial skills for container terminal Equipment : heavy lift equipment maintenance, IoT, telemetry and digitalization
  • Experience in CMMS project implementation
  • Fluent in English, both spoken & written
  • Able to establish priorities, secures decision taking in a timely manner; able to separate the mission-critical from the nice-to-do
  • Dealing with trouble: does not hesitate to take on all issues, challenges and people
  • Communicating effectively: able to speak and write clearly and succinctly; adjusts to fit the audience and the message
