Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for the Pool Solutions unit across Southwest France and Northwest Spain. You will hunt new business, manage distributors and mass-market retailers, and ensure in-store presentation and product placement.

You will travel frequently to customer sites and trade shows, working early mornings or weekends as required, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in field sales with large territories.
• Experience with distributors or specialist dealer channels is highly valued.
• Native French and professional English required; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to hit revenue targets.
• Build relationships with distributors, pool dealers, and retail chains.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events; travel as needed.
