• English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design.
• Highly Communicative: Comfortable sharing ideas, leading discussions, and collaborating across teams.
• Bonus Points: Owns a public channel or online presence with strong engagement in any niche (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
