Responsibilities:

• Develop performance-focused creative content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other key platforms, demonstrating proven expertise in paid social campaigns.
• Leverage data and intuition to spot trends, adapt quickly, and create buzz-worthy content.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborate across teams, share ideas, and lead discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Optional bonus: Own a public channel or online presence with strong engagement in any niche (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

• Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
