Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: Accor is a global leader in hospitality and is pushing boundaries with our technologies and digital strategies. A program to rollout a cloud-based PMS at pace and scale has been initiated to ensure operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enable exceptional guest experiences while keeping hospitality at the heart of our business.
We are seeking passionate, dynamic, self-starter team members who will be known as Operations Champions to represent the program and organization. Champions will work with the program team to drive engagement, measure adoption, address challenges, enable change, align processes, validate designs, and influence positive participation across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect Operations interests; ensure any change requests impacting hotel Operations are analyzed, with impacts and risks evaluated appropriately.
- Follow the principal SOP and adjustments required due to a system change.
- Participate in deployment of success measurement practices. Contribute to survey designs, deployment, evaluation, and response to content and feedback.
- Perform follow-up interviews and site visits; document and debrief outputs; engage and track until issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with all project areas to ensure awareness, provide risk input, and act as the Operations voice.
- Attend and learn the entire installation process; be 100% familiar with every step of the hotel’s Change Management journey.
- Attend OPERA Cloud to an operational proficiency level at the front desk of a hotel.
- Attend rollout meetings as the Operations process subject matter expert to assist deployment engineers and participants with Accor knowledge on processes and hotel Operations adjustments; support hotels at every step of deployment.
- Assist Change Management Team in creating and executing engaging content to motivate program participation.
- Assist Oracle in reviewing and evaluating fit-for-purpose training to help participants maximize learning and achieve targets.
- Provide regular updates to program streams and offer relevant feedback as necessary.
- Travel extensively as needed to support hotels during cutover.
Qualifications
- Highly experienced in hotel Operations.
- Proven track record in Change projects in hotel Operations.
- Experience in problem solving and challenge mitigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English is essential, plus another local language depending on location.
- Subject matter expert in at least one core discipline of hotel management (front office, revenue management, finance and accounts receivables, F&B, housekeeping, guest services, HR and training).
- Experience with OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5 is preferable.
- Experience with FOLS is ideal but not necessary.
- Familiarity with hotel technology and applications is essential.
- Strong customer care skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and challenges simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiastic about program values and goals with a desire to make a positive impact at Accor.
