Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) with a strong background in Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Quality Control (QC) to support a strategic Data Remediation initiative across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of action plans in collaboration with digital and quality teams
  • Monitor and follow up on all QC data remediation activities across assigned sites
  • Support the definition of data governance rules and ensure alignment with key stakeholders
  • Update action plans in response to evolving project needs and identified gaps
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including digital teams and key business users
  • Ensure timely delivery of project streams while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Profile Sought:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within data-driven or regulated environments
  • Proven experience with data remediation projects, ideally involving SPC, QC Insight, or similar systems
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment
