Description du poste

We are seeking a PLM Solution Consultant to join our international South East pre-sales team based in Milan. This role will focus on enabling our partners to effectively deliver and implement PLM solutions and our 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with partners of South East territories, providing expertise and guidance to ensure the successful integration of PLM solutions for their clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ requirements and workflows to support their business transformation through process re-engineering
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and translate these insights into effective PLM solutions
  • Understand how our products meet business needs, helping to increase deal size, accelerate deal closure, and ensure successful go-live
  • Lead and participate in workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of PLM solutions
  • Work with internal teams to enhance PLM offerings by providing feedback and insights for product development and improvement.

Qualification

  • Degree in Engineering; a Master's in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar pre-sales or technical sales role in IT companies
  • Knowledge of PLM / PDM systems; experience with CAD tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel strategies
  • Ability to provide guidance and support for partners’ PLM implementation projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and management
  • Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory
  • Based in Milan or willing to relocate.
