About the Position

ARAS Innovator is a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework used by Technip Energies Gas & Low Carbon Energy line to manage the entire Project Execution lifecycle. ARAS is categorized as a Critical (C1) application for the company.

This opportunity is opened because of the continuous exploration and integration of business value into ARAS PLM, and the need to have a dedicated a PLM Solution Architect M / F to secure the rationalization of solution approaches along the RUN phase.

The PLM Solution Architect M / F mission contributes to the Project Roadmap and Deployment and provides proven practices for Implementation according to Global Aras Standards.

He / She is a key role on ARAS PLM perimeter, translating the business needs / values expressed into technical solutions to be delivered by the development Team.

The PLM Solution Architect interacts to :

• PLM Business stakeholders.
• Development Team. Team composed by developers in India (Chennai), France and Bulgaria (Sofia).

She / He will have interactions with IDS domains acting directly and indirectly in the proper PLM functioning and performance, and also with PLM Business stakeholders, Support Level ⅔ and Development Team (India, France and Bulgaria).

ARAS PLM Solution Architect M / F responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Interact with Business stakeholders to organize and manage the PLM exploration, based on Business roadmap and priorities.
• Follow backlog lifecycle process.
• Define the structure of the data model (which objects, properties, relationships, etc), in coordination with PLM Data Modelers to review and final Data Model delivery.
• Check the data model implementation.
• Define technical approach how to implement a user story.
• Present technical solution to Development Team.
• Assist Developers and Business (Information Managers / Business Module Owners) on backlog items clarification.
• Do PoC and feasibility study (if needed).
• Estimate the implementation of designed solution (User stories in the backlog).
• Tag in ADO the technologies necessary for US development.
• Finalize and share mock-up to IM and development.
• Develop a mock-up to illustrate solution (support to and validate with business (UI / UX).
• Split (large) stories into smaller pieces, provide recommendations / SA to challenge IM on US (validity, content, split, merging).
• Identify and record functional dependencies between US and across features.
• Align Solution Approach / architectural vision and business context with Development (Technical Refinement).

Must have :

• Consolidated experience in exploring and developing ARAS Innovator.
• Capacity of managing several topics in parallel by demonstrating responsiveness.
• Having coordination, analysis, communication, and training skills.
• Well organized and able to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to deal effectively with ambiguity / changing priorities.
• Excellent team player with ability to work closely with others to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration / deployment environments (CI / CD).
• Experience with SAFe.
• Capacity to summarize and report.
• Knowledge in data modelling principles / methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models.

Nice to have :

• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
• Knowledge of Onshore / Offshore project execution process.

Work experience :

• 2+ years’ experience on exploring and developing ARAS Innovator
• Prior experience in a technical leadership position on build / support activities
