PLM Project Manager

Job Description:

As an Industry Services (IS) Project Manager (PM), you will manage the execution of projects and service delivery for customer-facing services projects, promoting sustainable services business with DS customers by adhering to DS methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Accumulating 10+ years of PLM services experience, including solution definition, development, implementation, application support, and technical/delivery management across more than 5 full-cycle PLM projects.
2. Having over 5 years of project management experience, recognized through career achievements and certifications (e.g., PMI PMP, PRINCE2).
3. Focusing on the High Tech and/or Transportation & Mobility industries, with a good understanding of their core business processes.
4. Being familiar with at least one leading PLM vendor’s solutions and technologies.
5. Possessing 3+ years of experience working across different cultures and nations, with strong communication skills in English.
6. Holding an engineering or science degree (master’s or bachelor’s with 12+ years of industrial experience).
7. Managing 3DEXP platform-based service delivery projects, ensuring quality delivery and high customer satisfaction.
8. Applying DS project management methodologies and best practices to achieve KPIs related to business outcomes, quality, timing, and financial targets.
9. Reporting project status, risks, and issues proactively, and implementing corrective actions.
10. Leading and motivating project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among DS business units, customers, and partners.
11. Managing customer and project-oriented business cooperation with C&SI and service partners.
12. Assisting with services business development activities.

The key challenge is demonstrating strong leadership to drive people and processes to meet business objectives, including stakeholder management, negotiation, technology integration, communication, risk management, decision-making, team development, and frequent travel.
