  • A strong interest in arts, design, games, music, and contemporary culture.
  • Having used 2D design programs such as Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

52 Entertainment, a fast-growing gaming company, is looking to expand its Creative Team with a Playable Ads Coordinator Intern to maximize the commercial potential of our games.

This role requires a combination of creativity and analytical thinking, focused on ideation, creation of visual elements to create innovative & catchy experiences that drive better ad performance and increase user engagement.

About the role:

  • Conceptualize, design and build playable ads for our diverse portfolio of games.
  • Create Playables briefs, relying on performance and game feel experience.
  • Determine the art direction and create art assets for each project.
  • Benchmark the market to provide interesting findings for Ideation and execute creative strategies for games.
  • Analyze performance of playables in order to have learnings that will be used in new concepts.
  • Track performance of playables and define strategies to keep improving upon them.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • You’re fluent in English & French.
  • You show strong interest / knowledge of the mobile games industry and know how to benchmark and brainstorm innovative ideas.
  • You know how to redact a detailed creative brief.
  • You have an analytical mind and know how to be result-driven.
  • You have a good grasp of UI/UX principles and are capable of articulating design choices.
  • You show independence and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A strong interest and passion for arts, design, games, music, film and contemporary culture in general.
  • You have already used 2D design program such as: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva…
  • Team player : Ability to work collaboratively, foster creativity and being a positive force in a Creative team, contributing to the company’s values.

Nice to have:

  • A good eye for detail : composition, color and layout.
  • Deep understanding of casual game mechanics, or a Game Design background.
  • Experience with editing programs and motion design such as After Effects.
  • An understanding of coding concepts, languages and HTML5 / javascript.
