Job summary

H is expanding its infrastructure team to scale and secure the backbone of its product platform. You will help move from AWS to an environment-agnostic platform, shaping how clusters, networking and security evolve as the product grows.

From your first quarter, you’ll own a real piece of the migration, with a fast-moving team tackling novel challenges as new customers come on board. The role is hybrid with offices in Paris or London, offering a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong Python or Go coding skills for real problems.
• Experience building and operating a Kubernetes-based platform at scale.
• Knowledge of multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) or strong systems engineering basics (Linux, eBPF).
• Infrastructure as code, CI/CD and observability experience.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters and networking.
• Build authentication and authorization systems.
• Refactor the stack to be environment-agnostic.
• Speed up deployment for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
• Build Kubernetes-native services, like controllers and operators.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code.
