H is hiring engineers to build and run the infrastructure that powers advanced AI research and agent development. The role focuses on creating scalable, observable systems to support model training, data pipelines, and inference workloads.

You will work closely with researchers and engineers to ensure robust, reliable infrastructure and seamless access to essential services, with emphasis on safety and responsible deployment in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have observability and monitoring experience with tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Strong knowledge of a modern programming language (Python or JS/TypeScript)

Responsabilités

• Design and manage the infrastructure to support research efforts, including training infrastructure, data pipelines and inference
• Contribute to product engineering on the agent platform, including client-facing APIs and runtimes in multi-tenant and on-prem deployments
• Set up and maintain observability and monitoring strategies across systems
