Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Platform Feature Owner to drive end-to-end delivery of vehicle features within our platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure ASPICE compliance, and manage customer discussions from planning through release.

Based in Villepinte, France, you will coordinate with regional feature owners, plan work in Jira, and optimize reuse of assets across projects (EU/NA/APAC). English fluency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (electrical, computer, automotive, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in embedded systems; knowledge of vehicle features & architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and/or agile development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of your feature(s): requirements, design, implementation planning, testing, traceability, and change management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across system engineering, architecture, safety concepts, algorithms, SW, testing, diagnostics, tools and calibration teams.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor feature development using Jira (backlog, sprints, dashboards).
• Ensure ASPICE compliance, completeness of work products, and verification coverage.
• Lead customer discussions, negotiations, and clarification sessions including SYS1/SYS2 reviews.
