Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Platform Feature Owner to drive end-to-end definition, development and delivery of vehicle features within our platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure ASPICE compliance, and act as the single point of contact for your features, guiding design maturity and customer communications.

You will own the full lifecycle from requirements to validation, plan with Jira, and coordinate with system, safety, algorithms, SW and calibration teams across regions to maximize

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical, computer, automotive engineering or related field.
• Strong embedded systems expertise and knowledge of vehicle features/architecture.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and/or agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of features: requirements, design, implementation, testing, traceability and change management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across system engineering, safety, algorithms, SW, testing and calibration teams.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor development using Jira with backlog, sprints and dashboards.
• Ensure ASPICE compliance and verification coverage for delivered work.
• Lead customer discussions and reviews (SYS1/SYS2) and manage risk, KPI tracking and issue resolution.
