Datadog is seeking a hands-on technical leader to grow our source code integration platform. You will guide a diverse engineering team, align with product stakeholders, and shape a scalable backend architecture that supports an expanding set of features and customers.

You will balance short-term delivery with long-term investments, maintain close collaboration with product teams, and stay hands-on when needed to unblock progress.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading backend or platform teams.
• Strong expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems.
• Experience scaling services and collaborating with product teams.
